I have had these before and now they have changed the charging plug. Didnt come with a UK plug

If you want a simple compact drill for tight ares, like putting together a BBQ or prep cart where there are tight corners, this is the hand held drill for you. I would recommend it to any woman or young lady. it's so compact. Good battery life. I have put many things together and don't have to struggle with putting in a drill bit. it comes with one that is philips on one side and flat on the other.

Takes 1 watt. Drops to 0 when done. Good torque. A must companion for any man with a drill and screws. Drill the hole, use this for the screw. Much better than any quick release system, and I have them all. The light complaint perplexes me. This thing takes care of itself. Just leave it plugged in. Meter it, I did, it uses exactly 0.000085 watts once charged. That is about 1 penny of wasted power per DECADE. A light would serve only to degrade the battery, waste power, and/or make the device more expensive. There is no memory effect. Plug and unplug at will. It will not damage it!!! Gah.. sorry.. EE major and I have some peeves. ...Do not charge it in a cold garage (unless you do not care to maximize its useful life), do NOT leave it unplugged for weeks and go use it. Do not use it upon arrival, charge it overnight. Or at least charge it for an hour and play with it VERY BRIEFLY if you are a dumb guy like me and want to see it spin, then charge it. LiPo battery cells are DESTROYED by depleting below 3V. Well.. ruined. My only complaints are a lack of side holsters for extra bits, the battery capacity is good but it could be better. (~3 hours with ~45 minutes of that being drilling screws at moderate torque).. oh and they seem to want you to think you have to buy their bits. Lol. No. You do not. It has the same head as those magnetic hex-hole screwdriver kits.

This is the best little screwdriver. I use it daily. It holds a charge for a long time. This is my third one. While they have each lasted a long time, the gears do eventually break and make it unusable. Getting harder and harder to find replacement one. Black and Decker needs to improve the design and keep it on the market.
