This is the most versatile neck decompression device I've seen. It can be pumped in to provide more pressure on one side if you need it. I make the pressure the same on both sides.The 3 layers of air chambers makes sense and it fits the neck better.

Only complaint is that the strap design makes it difficult to put on by my self.

I don’t think I’m using it correctly. I almost strangled myself. Then I read the instructions! Works great and am hoping for a good outcome!

Occasionally I deal with neck pain due to overuse of the computer with poor posture or tweaking my neck in the gym. I was looking for a neck traction device that would allow me to decompress my cervical spine without needing to use an inversion table or more expensive equipment. This inflatable device seems to do the job well! The instructions are listed on backside of the box display. You can unstrap the velcro or just slide it over your head. Then pump it up using the 2 hand pumps. You can adjust the height of each side separately. It is somewhat uncomfortable when fully inflated since your jaw will be clenched but I do find it helpful for relieving my neck tension. There was somewhat of an odor on the device when I first used it out of the box, but that has dissipated after a few days.
