Works great!
Really pleased with this!I had my ears pierced 30 something years ago but the back 1/8" kept closing up. I would repierce with other earrings throughout the years for special events and weddings but I wanted to do it "right" and let it heal well.I bought some "Huggies" brand comfortable earrings that I could sleep in, and used this kit with the clear CZ starter earrings to repierce my ears. The process itself was really simple. On inspection, it looked like one of the earrings had a bent post, but it was just crooked in its holder. I washed my hands and cleaned my ears thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let that dry. Then I lined up the earring in the already existing partial hole, closed the device enough that my earlobe was firmly caught in the right place, then counted to 3 and squeezed! A little pinch and it was done. I repeated the procedure on the other side, and all done!I'm not a huge fan of the earrings themselves, because when I sleep the posts stick me in the neck. That's why I bought the Huggies earrings, so I could sleep comfortably in them and leave earrings in 24/7. I thought I might keep these starter earrings around in case I want to pierce something else, but honestly, the kit with earrings included is so cheap I'll just rebuy if I need it down the road. The kit does not seem to be resuable. When it's used, the plastic holder for the earring falls apart. Also, in case anyone is wondering, there doesn't appear to be any kind of locking mechanism. I was worried a little that if I squeezed too much before using it would lock in place and not open back all the way, but that didn't happen. It just squeezes open and closed on a track and doesn't stick in any position (besides open).Would definitely recommend this. It appears to be autoclaved (germ free) but you can never tell, so I cleaned both earring posts before using. Would rebuy if needed.

Very good, easy to use👍
This was really easy to use and great help for piercing my newborn's ear.The earings are a great quality too, didn't give my baby any reaction and didn't tarnish too.I'm glad I got this.

Test before you use, as mine was also missing a stone!
As a few others, 1 earring was also missing a stone from my set! It's very difficult to see if the stone is missing beforehand since it's inside a plastic cylinder. So test/use before you pierce your ears or someone else's ears! You can easily reset it & put it back together afterwards.Luckily for me, I was just re-piercing my ears. So I could just take them out & replace them with other earrings. But if you're piercing for the first time, you're suppose to leave them in for around 6 weeks. Only 2 options would be to go into work with a stone missing in one of your earrings for a few weeks, or remove them, wait for the holes to fully heal & try again in a few weeks. You also run into a risk of getting it infected too if you do the latter. So yeah, test the piercing guns beforehand to make sure the stones are actually in there. As for the earrings themselves, they're okay, a bit bigger than I was expecting. Really shiny in light though. In all honesty, you're probably better off using a plain stud earring without a stone if you're piercing your ears for the first time. That way you don't have to deal with a missing stone, or the stone falling out.For the replacement, I was able to easily get one from Amazon, but it took over a week to arrive even with Prime shipping.
