Boveda Metal Boveda Mounting Plate | For Use With One (1) Size 320 Boveda (Sold Separately) | Includes One (1) Mounting Magnet | 1-Count

I have a Colibri Heritage humidor which has a wood covered metal lid. I wanted a simple plate to hold the 320g Boveda system in the lid. I then use a Govee Wifi hygrometer/thermometer at the bottom to monitor conditions in the humidor (which has largely been pointless as this Colibri is very stable, but it's cool to check on the app). The plate works fine to hold the Boveda capsule where it needs to go. Also very easy to switch out. The only flaw is that to me, the supplied magnets are weak, and there is a good chance the weight of the bracket and pack will allow it to fall off. So I simply purchased some ultra strong magnets for around five bucks and stuck them to the bracket. They hold like a champ and are 10x better than the magnet supplied.

I use this to mount my 320g pack to the bottom of one of my humidor shelves. It holds the pack perfectly and has not fallen off (I used the adhesive magnets). I really like that I don't have to give up any cigar storage space for humidification. Excellent product!

The adhesive was really bad just used a different kind

Very Sturdy. I had to contact Boveda to get special adhesive tape, so it did not fall off the top of my humidor, but their customer service was incredible and so friendly! The plate is very heavy, but great quality.

I wanted these mounting plates to work inside my coolador, but the adhesive was not strong enough to hold the 320 gram packs and would fall. Glad I checked this during the seasoning process, or else they would’ve fallen onto my cigars! They work well securing and staying on wood, but not so well on new coolers even with a good cleaning to the inside. Seem a bit heavy (great quality), but overkill just to hold the pack.

These work great at keeping the bovedas out of the way of the shelves In my tubs. I have had no issues with the magnet adhesive like others have mentioned.

Update: I contacted Boveda directly and the customer service rep was a pleasure to deal with. They are shipping me a new mounting plate and were very apologetic. I will update this post whe. I test the product. The mounting plate that I received is obviously a used return. The box is taped and the magnet adhesive protector has been removed and installed back on. I would have loved to try this product because it seems like it would work perfectly with my humidor but unfortunately I cannot even try it.

Easy to install with peel and stick tape to the underside of the lid in my humidor. Large boveda pack just slips on and stays in place.
