Love this book!!!

I am a therapist and a mom of a preschooler. This book is *fantastic*. Very helpful in giving the language, concepts and visuals for kids and adults alike to lay a solid foundation for—exactly what it says, social skills for connection. I heard about the book through an interview on one of my favorite parenting podcasts by another mom and therapist. First you check, then you match, then you stick. I wish everyone had this book. I’ll order a second copy for the office.

A good educational book great conversation starter with children struggling with social skills

FINALLY a POSITIVE way to teach social skills!

I bought 4 different books about staying in your own space and not invading others and this is hands down the best one. I was hesitant to get this one because it was the least vibrant art style but this held his (5year old)attention the best. Very good visuals and clear rules. It was excellent. We will be reading this over and over.

This book presents an amazingly intuitive and original system to teach children about positive and healthy social behaviors. It gives children the tools they need to successfully connect with their peers and everyone around them. The writing is fun to read and captures children’s attention, and together with the fantastic illustrations makes for a pleasant read for both parents and children. Great book!

Beautifully written. The Author turned something intangible- social skills and turned them into something kids of all ages can literally picture and practice practically. I've never seen a book so kid-friendly like this before that will actually make a real life difference. Very impressed. Wish I had this book when I was a kid.

I absolutely loved this book.I read it to my kids who range in age and they loved it. More importantly they really understood the social lessons it set out yo explain.I couldn't believe how my 4 yr old quickly grasped the social concepts.Highly recommend to parents and professionals!
