Had for 2 years now, never had any issue, still running strong. Battery still lasts for our 2000 sq ft area. Does great job vacuuming our hard floors, we dont have carpet. Mop is just a water tank and pad it drags around doesnt oscillate and have to fill up reservoir on robot every time you want to use it. Auto maps, but need to edit no go zones. App is not easiest to use, and maps seem to change themselves after unit runs around a few timees. Sometimes gets stuck/lost under dining table, and cords, shoes, area rugs, dog toys and similar can tangle into roller and unit shuts down in place but same as every other robot out there so just fyi as you shop. Gave 5 stars because it still works and performs as expected considering features, also lots of options to buy filters, bags, and rollers.

It works very nicely, but here are some minor issues I've faced with it: - it doesnt do so well with floor ridges, which are there on my bathroom and kitchen area. I have to help it often times move across, which is very annoying. But I appreciate that it's helping me clean my house, so I dont mind too much. - sometimes the map doesnt work. So I have to keep it back to the charging spot and restart, which fixes the bug. - sometimes it will assume an incorrect position on the map so I have to adapt same fix as above. - Gotta reset it once a couple of months coz the map goes bad, it it starts to bump its head against the wall. - Gotta keep it clean, it job is to go into gunk, which will obviously get stuck to the robot too. I would have appreciated if the interior was a bit sticky-gunk-proof, to reduce the times I need to clean it.. - Given a chance to buy again, I would go for the 'auto-clean' version, coz it's a hassle cleaning it and refilling the water after every couple runs. PLEASE DONT LET THIS GO INTO STICKY GUNK Like minor oil droplet spills / wet food particles, etc especially after cooking food will go inside and you'd have to spend waaay more time cleaning the robot, than cleaning the actual stuff on the floor. That's not the bots problem, that's the user's problem. Overall, Vacuum is amazing! My Dog fur's are so light that nothing else would work. I would move around to clean the fur and the fur would fly off. Dreame vacuum sneaks up on all fur and sucks it all in- which is so satisfying to watch. I bought this as a luxury item, but now it's a necessity! Been using it almost daily since the last 2 years. It's a part of my daily life and I am grateful that it provides tremendous value to my life~ 5/5 stars.

Went ahead with this model after doing much research as it seems like this is one of the best models of robot vacuum you can get within this price bracket. The design is sleek and should fit well into the aesthetics of most homes. The d10+ took less than 30mins to fast map my entire house. Cleaning of approx. 50m² of empty floor space took an hour, depleting the battery from 100% to about 70+%. I chose standard vacuum power and the noise generated was noticeable but still acceptable. There is a quiet mode as well as two stronger modes above the standard option. I have yet to try its mopping function but it wasn't the reason why I chose this vacuum anyway. The setting up of zones and rooms in the mi home app was simple enough. I can set virtual walls and no go zones to prevent the vacuum from going into the kitchen or certain parts of the house. The vacuum did a good job avoiding these areas thereafter. If you did your homework, you should know that this vacuum does not have small-object avoidance capabilities. While it went over a stray sock lying on the ground with no errors, it picked up a tiny bottle of ointment that was lying on the floor somewhere in its brush which later got stuck and halted the machine. So for family with kids and often have toys lying around the house, it'd be best to get another vacuum instead. Lastly, while it did a good job in cleaning all the long human hair (my hair is until my mid back, which is pretty long tbh) but I found that there was still a good amount of hair twirled around the barrel of the brush and also some hair stuck in the sweeping brush on the side. Although it did not impede the machine's functionality in any way, however, this was only just after one cycle and I am not sure how well the vacuum will hold up if you don't clean out the hair wrapped around the barrel after more than one cycle. Overall, I am still extremely pleased with the vacuum and I hope this review helped one way or another!

Llegó el robot en muy buen estado. Ha superado todas mis expectativas, recomiendo ampliamente este robot. No es mi primer robot de limpieza, ya había conseguido otros más baratos, pero ha valido cada moneda que he pagado. Puede guardar hasta tres pisos en la aplicación y permite edición de cuartos, al utilizarlo hace una ruta específica por lo que ahorra tiempo y batería; la aspiradora hace su ruido pero es normal en este tipo de robots, lo utilizo durante el día por lo que no me molesta, los repuestos son fáciles de conseguir en páginas de compras, la mopa es amplia y va haciendo su trabajo mientras aspira. Recoge polvo y cabello bastante bien, lo utilizo a diario y deja limpio en la mayoría de los casos. Sus enemigos principales son los cables, trapos que se utilizan como tapetes y bases de ventiladores de pedestal, recomiendo quitar esos objetos por donde va a pasar o poner en la aplicación que no pase por allí para evitar problemas. Un excelente robot que me ha ayudado a mantener el hogar limpio, recomiendo la compra.

La barredora/trapeadora es estéticamente bonita, luce bien donde la coloques. Sus funciones como barredora, barredora/trapeadora o solo trapeadora son mixtos. Como barredora funciona muy bien, después de realizar el escaneo inicial y generar mapas, puedes definir horarios, zonas y habitaciones a limpiar. Puedes definir 4 niveles de succión, desde no aspirar y solo "trapear", hasta el nivel máximo de succión, el cual genera más ruido. Se puede de manera independiente seleccionar como una habitación será barrida y trapeada (Intensidad y número de veces a ser repetida la función de barrido/trapeado y se realiza en sentido cruzado. Respecto a barrer trapear, solo levanta el polvo, en realidad no realizan una función de trapeado, pero al programar que se realice en tres ocasiones, si lo sucio no está demasiado pegado, queda limpio el piso. Cuál es la parte negativa de esta barredora trapeadora. Encontrar las partes consumibles originales. Solo las encontré y no todas en la tienda de Amazon en estados unidos. En Amazon México son genéricos de baja calidad, adquirí unos y los regresé porque no se ajustaban correctamente. De saber que iba a ser tan complejo el conseguir los repuestos (mop trapeador, bolsas de polvo, filtros, cepillos) no la hubiera adquirido. El mapa de las habitaciones poco a poco se va corrompiendo y un mes después fue necesario volver realizar el escaneo y reprogramar las funciones.
