Set and forget
My brother recommended this brand. The model he bought isn’t available. This one is just as good. Setup was easy. The base provides stability. My current space heater woke me up at night when it went on and off. This one is absolutely silent unless you turn the fan on. With fan it is still unbelievably quiet. I leave it on 64. Set and forget. Bedroon stays comfortable temp all night.

HARD PASS
DO NOT waste your time with this “heater.” Awful space heater. Doesn’t produce enough heat for a bedroom. No way this heats even 100 sqft. I turned on the fan (fan only blows from 1/8th of the vent on this crap) with the heat set at 95 (the highest) and couldn’t even feel the heat when placed right next to my bed. My cat got so cold she came to sleep under the covers with me and her elevated cat bed (like one cm taller than the heater) was right next to the heater. Giant piece of junk. Couldn’t pay me to use this pos. 60 something dollar Lasko space heater is smelly and noisy but produces MUCH MUCH more heat.

Heating power is fine but the thermostat is a joke, the fan makes noise
The media could not be loaded. I like the design, but if you look into closely you will notice the quality of assembly is not good. The 3 buttons are wiggling, turning on the fan causes clunky from somewhere inside the unit, super annoying. The huge upset is the thermostat, it is not accurate at all. It doesn't detect room temperature properly, because it increases the temperature itself when it is heating. For example, the room temperature is 68F, you set the heater to 74F. It will stop at 74F because it reaches its own temperature but the room temperature probably is still only 68-69. It does have a function allowing you to calibrate the current temperature, but it doesn't make any better.Despite it heats a small room (my room is 140sq ft) great and the looking is good, I can't live with the noisy and poor thermostat.

Heats well but seems large for what's inside
EDIT: I had to come back and add a star. No matter my misgivings this thing has been great ad keeping the bonus room above our garage comfortable on below freezing days. That's worth a lot to me.This heater certainly looks nice. The white glass on the sides can really fit in with any decor and it does make heat, I'm just not convinced it has the best value compared to others. Assembly was quick though not all the screw holes seemed perfectly threaded and the heads didn't sit flush. My big complaint is this heater is marketed as a higher end item but when you look inside it's just a bunch of empty space with a wire heater at the bottom. From a strictly functional standpoint it does get my garage reasonable when it's below freezing outside and in our bathroom you notice a difference within 15 minutes. In small spaces though the base makes it take up a ton of space. A wall mount would be great but no such luck. I just think a product needs to go beyond purely functional. The control panel looks nice but when when using the buttons and knob everything wiggles a little instead of feeling solid. When you turn the knob to pick a temperature it goes up to 95 and then a click more takes it to the lowest temp again. Why wouldn't it just stop? Last, while there is a fan... it sits in one corner and doesn't increase the flow a ton even in that one corner.Again, it heats and looks great. My needs just tend to be value oriented and I think you can get the same heat(especially if it's less flashy) elsewhere.

Ok for warm but cold customer service
The mill heater is simple to operate, decently comfortable with warmth that doesn’t create extreme hot spots in the room. The fan is not too loud and there are options to run with the fan off if you find it loud. My unit unfortunately broke within a year. I have been in touch with mill heater USA customer service to the point where they said if I send them my address and cut the power cord they would send me a new replacement unit. Ever since then, they have effectively ghosted me. Really disappointing and I won’t buy again when winter comes and I will need a replacement then.

Form Meets Function
I have a small studio, and I needed supplemental heat for cold zones and rooms with no heating. These heaters are just as beautiful as advertised. Assembly was simple, but requires your own screwdriver. For a non-handyman like me, setup was about 10 minutes. If you're just as concerned about form as you are about functionality, these are your heaters - you'll be in love, and will be hard-pressed to store them in the Summer, as they're gorgeous.

Great Product!
Beautiful modern design. Works well. Keeps the bedroom as warm as I would like. Fan makes a small noise. Love this product and this brand.

It was severely damaged
This heater was severely damaged even though the warehouse deal described it as minor.
