Excellent for my sprained ankle and torn ligamentsGives great support

Easy to put on once you work out how to fasten the straps. The straps are permanent attached at one end, which was a shame - I hoped they'd be removable. This meant that we had to tighten them even when we didn't want as much support. Decent support though and we are pleased with the quality.

Does what is expcted but the velcro messes up the material after attaching making it look stringy / fabric coming out

Good item, easy to put on, keeps ankle feeling secure and supported and value for money. The only thing I would say is you don't have the option to take the strap part off if it's too much.

Bought this after a recent ankle sprain. Easy to put on and adjustable straps so support is provided in the correct areas. Thankfully only needed this as a short term solution so can't comment on quality for long term usage.

Good compression but watch you don’t keep it on too long. I bought the one with straps. These are good but the Velcro is tenacious! Can catch on the sock and then really difficult to get off leaving threads behind. Would have given it 5 if it hadn’t been for this.

Sprained my ankle really bad and needed some relief! This helped!If you are a size 4 with skinnier feet get the small, but if you have medium/chubby feet the medium will do you as its quite snug.You can adjust the firmness of the support by stretching out the attached bands.
