Used this on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I received the below radio as a gift. This worked perfectly. The wires are color coded, no programming of the black box, or anything fancy. Good instructions, only vague part was the steering control notes. I had steering wheel wire 1 and wire 2, and hooked them up to key 1 and key 2 respectfully. It’s what I needed from a stereo and it works..

When clamping the wires with the provided terminals, the poor quality copper wires break one by one causing malfunctions. This modele doesn't fit amplified stereo as described. No blue wire to power on the stock AMP. It's plug & play but doesn't work 100%. Stereo turns ON, steering buttons work but no capacity to turn on the AMP.

Fairly easy to put together and everything is labeled. One thing is that it sits too flush for a 2014 jeep wrangler Sahara and there is a gap between the actual dashboard and the screen. Otherwise it’s a great product

Priced better than most , works with factory Amp. Is a direct plug and play , simplifies the wiring from the jeep. This jeep operates on a can bus system and occasionally the can bus that comes with this harness is slow to function on start up , have to turn vehicle off , open the door and start over. Recommend a few seconds with the key in accessory before starting for the best luck.

This kit was so easy to install in my 2010 ram 1500. I didn't have to do any modification to my dash to put a aftermarket radio in. This kit did it all. 5 stars

The side mounts don’t fit a 2008 Jeep JK. Substantial trimming had to be done. All wiring was great, can bus programmer worked. Did not use back up cam (no reverse wire) and did not need steering wheel controls.

The bezel that surrounds the head unit to give it a nice, factory finished look doesn't fit. It's of several millimeters. The steering wheel controls "work", but not like the factory ones. The bluetooth/phone doesn't activate a voice command feature like the factory control so I must push buttons on the head unit screen to make and receive calls. I needed an additional RCA cable to use the OEM/factory back up camera and it doesn't fit (even though it says it does). Many reviews warned of this issue and many modified the plastic connector so that it did fit and they were happy. Unfortunately, several also said the cable did not work after they got it connected. Mine did not work (so I still have no back up camera. Thankfully, this was only a $300 investment that I can use in our old Corolla (if I decide to upgrade to a better unit, professionally installed.

Funciono sin problemas en un Jeep Wrangler Sahara (con stock amp) 2012 y un stereo alpine w650. fue muy fácil por el instructivo y un par de dudas, rápidamente fueron solucionadas por el soporte técnico de Scosche, quede impresionado con la atención. Toda la instalación la realice yo, con un poco de conocimiento de cableado.
