Good quality as expected

The quality is good but details about the product are missing. We had tough time fixing it to replace an existing lock. The holes did not match. Also the thickness of the door has to be checked against the lock thickness , ours was a little more and had to be filed down. The key being on one side forces it to fit doors with lock on the right if you want the key side to be outside. We had to open the lock assembly and reverse the latch. So there were issues which could have been resolved if details were mentioned correctly. Better to give all measurements in detail on a photo.

I wish I could provide lower than 1 star. Initally they looked elegant and beautiful but within 5 days of use the lock knob is jiggly and lock is stuck and is not opening. I was stuck in room for half an hour struggling to open it. Warranty is provided but there is no contact number to claim warranty. Update: I had ordered 3 of them, above issue was regarding one of them. After 1 months of light use, the rest of the 2 are also broken. Both of them has broken handles. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, I AM REGRETTING AND YOU WILL AS WELL. Please check attached images.

I was searching exact lock as we have before. I found it. Working so nicely. Used for 7 days already. Spring is strong. Finishing also good. Worth the price.

Good product

The handle just breaks off after 6 months or so! So need to replace.
