Easy to read and comprehend; understanding how to maintain our own health without pharmaceuticals and why you should take your health into your own hands. Dr. Ardis said if he got a cancer diagnosis, he would buy this book, get some Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide; there are testimonials of many diseases and ailments improved by following this book; which was published in 2008, this is not “new”. My husband has Emphysema; he has. 36% lung capacity; we followed this plan for 2 months; we’re now on maintenance. My husband doesn’t think it’s helping, but I’ve now had 3 separate people, 2 men who I don’t think naturally put themselves out there, but both were concerned that they saw him without his oxygen on, standing and walking at church; he never did that before, he’s on oxygen 24/7. The woman marveled at how good he looked, wanted to know what he was doing. I find him more active in “life”; doing more than seating in front of the TV all day. I recommend opening your mind to learning where dis-ease comes from and that there are alternatives, especially treating a cancer diagnosis.

This book is super informational, I appreciate being able to read it in one day. And that the author explains things very thoroughly. The only con that I noticed is some sentences run all of the words together. I have already purchased another book for another family member.

Ok I purchased the book after receiving a referral from one of my health conscious friends. The book is very easy to read. It gives clear and concise directions. I began the regimine using 3% food grade right away. I have some gut issues I've been dealing with for years. I'm hoping this will cure what digestive enzymes only mask. I am on day 5 of 7 drops of 3% food grade hp in 6 oz water, increasing steady every day. I'm not using 35% because it is difficult to find.I have mixed reviews...It has DEFINITELY given me more energy, no doubt. And the less food i eat throughout the day, the more energy its given me.I am doing two glasses a day morning and night, because the three times is virtually impossible.My concerns is that it causes my skin to itch and acne break out. It doesn't last but it happens during the onset. The book says this is normal, but it concerns me as a chemical reaction none the less.I'm also skeptical because I can't seem to find any information at all on the author. We are living in some perilous times, and it's difficult for me to trust so easily. I'm a researcher, and finding solid information about this regimen has been difficult. Even most of the reviews I've read here on Amazon has been scarce of real detailed data.I'm not sure I'm willing to continue taking this unless I can find some solid feedback from those who share my same health issues.I do hope my skepticism turns out to be unwarranted though. I really want for it to work.***Update 6/6/23 My 6 yr old granddaughter is in the hospital. Her appendix ruptured :-(. While in the hospital she came down with a serious whooping cough. I mean no letting up. She was coughing all day long. Toward the evening I received a strong inclination to put some of the 3% h020 into her diffuser. I placed about 5-6 drops into the diffuser with water. Turned it on and sat it beside her bed...I kid you not the coughing stopped IMMEDIATELY....And it's two days later and the cough has not returned! I've been doing it for her every evening sense and I think its helping her to heal much faster. Skeptic NO MORE!

Book is an easy read. Very interesting. If you are a "VAX ADVOCATE" then you will HATE THIS BOOK. He gives a lot of information from licensed doctors that contradict the VAX/Mask Mandate philosophy and contradicts a lot of other conventional medical practices. He is NOT as radical as Helga Clark but he does not swallow the Big Pharma propaganda for sure. He touts RFK, Jr.'s viewpoints about "why America is sick", big pharma is a con, necessity of healthy eating & exercise, and returning to better farming/food production techniques, and requiring adequate drug trials. I was quite shocked that I was reading RFK Jr. talking points! He has his own unique plan for improving health that is not conventional at all. This is the first time I have ever heard of doing what he recommends. He bases his thesis on sound medical science/ practices like using hyper-baric oxygen chambers to improve healing. I know that this helps heal woundsAnd, his main theme is how to increase oxygen in our blood stream to improve our health. You will have to read the book to get the rest! I loved this book! But, I am probably more open-minded than most of you! And, I am not afraid to listen to viewpoints that are outside of my comfort zone as I am curious WHY they think what they think.

Love this book, it’s very educational, eye opener to health, I have used this book and done what it has said in it for health.

2023 2nd Edition is a must have book

What a wonderful book she reminds me of.... Kevin Trudeau Natural cures they don't want you to know about.... And more natural cures revealed... he wrote two books staying on a positive note but being honest it took me all of about one and a half days to read this book all, so she mentions no treatment works if you are under constant stress so make peace in your life it should be the very first thing we do Cancer has ruined my life stage 4 and its nobody's fault but mine I have had too surgery's 3 rounds of Chemo lost a great job and still have some cancer left in my lugs they want to remove western medicine has done a great job saving my life but I'm not looking forward to a third surgery but am thankful to still be alive at 57 I also have read the book World Without Cancer if Amazon allows me I will certainly update in the future take care every one and try to make peace and keep peace if you can!
