Easy to use with lots of options
While you might look a little odd wearing this mask, it’s comfortable and with openings for your eyes, nose, and mouth, you can carry on a conversation, watch TV, read, or do any number of other things provided you’re within the length of the cord. Via the attached controller, you are able to choose the type of light, the intensity level, and the amount of time for your treatment. There is an enclosed instruction booklet that provides some guidelines on how to use the mask, which type of light to use depending upon the skin issue you want to address, and a rather lengthy list of cautions and instances when the mask should not be used. I recommend reading the booklet thoroughly before beginning treatments.By pressing the ‘Color’ button on the controller, the color switches from red to green to blue to clear blue to yellow to purple to cyan. It’s possible to set the mask to cycle through the colors while you’re wearing it instead of choosing one color. The intensity goes from 1 to 5 and is controlled via the ‘Energy’ buttons. It is also possible to set the mask to ‘Flash’ though I’m not sure what the benefit of the flash is as opposed to the constant light. The adjustable head strap allows the mask to be fitted comfortably to any user and though the instructions advise that the mask not be shared due to the risk of passing infections, I don’t see why it can’t be shared if you’re treating for wrinkles, aging, inflammation or something that isn’t contagious.Since it takes multiple uses per week for several weeks to see results, and since results will vary from person to person, I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the mask, but I can say that it is easy to use, comfortable to wear, and has many options for different types of treatments. If you’ve been considering a light therapy mask, this seems like a good choice.

Unmasked Perfection!!
I simply adore this stylish light therapy face mask. It is an ingenious way at not only repairing, but defining the natural beauty that is my facial skin. I use this religiously, and as a great result of it, my once annoying days of enduring acne-prone skin are no more! That is the mighty power of the blue light! My sensitive skin has responded in a positive manner to this ‘masked pampering.’ My regiment also includes a scheduled changing of light colors, so my natural skin gets full advantage of this awesome technology. The red light is my focused these days. Its ‘shallowing action’ against the deep worry lines embedded in my forehead is a VERY welcomed savory treat! My skin is tightened, and I’m left amazed at just how brightened my complexion have gotten, fading my uneven spots out of view. This modern instrument is what my healthy lifestyle has been missing and I’m so glad I have it at my benefit. I literally can’t wait to put this on my face, five evenings a week. Twenty minutes each session and I’m at rest. What a convenient and simple way to spoil my skin, moments before a peaceful night of slumber.

I hope you don't care about your hair, or have a lot of hair
I've been using LED masks for my skin for years. The technology does work. However, the implementation is often a problem. This mask really has a problem with implementation. It's a giant mask, and it's meant to be held onto your head with a velcro strap that goes both behind and over your head. And it's pretty small. I went to put the mask on after adjusting the straps to the largest setting, and all I could see was the frizz it was going to cause. I usually put my hair up in a topknot before bed, so it would be a problem then, as well. The features are OK, it has a range of different colors and you can adjust the time and the intensity. However, if you have it plugged in when it's off, the screen flashes rotating bars. If that makes sense.Another company used to make LED masks that you put on like glasses, but they don't make them anymore. I haven't found another one that really compares.

Very oversized large face mask (not for petit faces) and could burn hair...
Honest review here.I wanted to love this but it's very oversized and fit over my face and than into my hair line by over 2 inches... I was worried to use it too much without a headband protecting my hair from the light. It's too bad you can't adjust the size because it's just too big.PROSLove that it has an auto shutoff timer. From clinically test report, they notified 34% wrinkles &fine lines reduced with red light therapy in 2 months, and 98% stubborn acne alleviated and pore size reduction with blue light therapy about 4 weeks.Love the red light and blue light options to reduce wrinkles and more.Overall I did like it but would prefer a smaller or adjustable mask.
