Gibson Elite Soho Lounge Round Reactive Glaze Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 (16pc), Blue, Soho Round.

Originally I had picked out a set that was much lighter in color. But I noticed that because of the water quality where I live the color in light things, and even in clear glass was distorting. So I went with this darker set. I am so glad I did. They are beautiful. The color is so rich and true. The backside of them is a matte black while the serving side is the prettiest blue with brown flecks. They have a very nice, even weight. They feel sturdy while not being too heavy. And are very well made. I don't use a microwave but I am sure they would be fine in one. They retain the heat from the food that I use them for but don't get too hot to sit on my lap. The bowls are small across, but very deep, which makes them ideal for the perfect amount of whatever you wish to put in them. The texture is smooth and feels very nice, which makes them easier to clean. I did drop one the other day while hand washing them, and it did not break or chip. I think they are definitely worth the purchase. They are a beautiful set I expect to have for a very long time.

This was super nice dishes ..Bought these for my boyfriend ..He heated something in the microwave and told me food gets hot but not the dish... Dishwasher safe and heavy made ..Very beautiful finish too..

I love the color of these dishes. I purchased them and was amazed by the quality. These are chip resistance.

Beautiful stoneware 4 piece set. Unfortunately, 1 of the bowls has a line of demarcation. Uncertain as to what it is exactly. Appears to be a rushed manufacturing defect. Takes away from the beauty of the set, completely.

On timings and nice set.

These are great heavy duty stoneware, I was very surprised at how nice they were my adult kid loved them and they will surely last them for years and years to come. I was also worried about them getting damaged in shipping but they were packaged up so well there wasn't any room for them to move and get bumped around.

My son’s new girlfriend loved these. I asked to look at them out of the box. I was shocked that they looked that good. Mom scored.
