We're K-cup junkies and let's face it: these things can add up. I have tried other large variety packs before, enjoying the savings, but I must say that this one is on the top of the list. The flavor is really quite nice, and we had no issues with cups not performing correctly. I have 2 things I would change: get rid of the Pumpkin Spice flavor (I find that to be vile in general, not just due to this brand), and provide a greater quantity of the other flavors, as they are quite nice and are a good change from the other more typical varieties.My household has already purchased this pack several times and will no doubt continue to do so. It's a great bargain.

I'll admit it, I was wary at the amount of k-cups for the price- it seemed like maybe a "too good to be true" deal. I hadn't heard of the brand before, and after going back and forth- I went ahead and ordered it. I took it into work, and we take our coffee seriously, and I mean... seriously. We ALL commented on the variety that was included, there was SEVERAL different roasts and flavors, not just the average 3 or maybe 4 of each kind. The flavor is good, there is something for everyone, no matter your preference- and the coffee itself tastes great! Definitely will be buying more!

We are new to the K-cup craze. Bought my wife a new K-cup brewer, and saw these for a wonderful price. The variety is great, the flavor is great. Delivery was great. Like I said, new to the K-cup so I don't know how normal this issue is. The only issue we have had is some of the cups open during brewing making one hell of a mess. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was our machine. We bought several smaller boxes of other brands from local retailers and didn't have a single issue with any of them. My wife said she emailed them about the issue and they said they could offer us a discount of future purchases but we have yet to use all of these so I don't know what that will be yet. It is not a certain flavor that has the issue nor is it that common really. I would say one out of every eight cups is our average but cleaning up after two or three in a row is infuriating.

I can not put into words how amazing this seller is. I ordered the box of 96 K-cups because the price was great and it had good reviews. It came on time and the K-cups were very good. After about 2 weeks of using them I noticed one morning that there was a lot of coffee grounds in my cup, so I tried another one of the same kind. There was still coffee grounds in it and the seal on the lid seemed to be slightly broken to wear the grounds could escape. I decided to get the rest of that same color/variety to test them. All came back the same but not any of the other flavors just that one type. I was mildly disappointed but not enough to return them because they are really good! I reached out to the Beantown Roasters through email and let them know what happened and sent some pictures, didn't ask for anything because I felt it wasn't a big enough issue and I had used already a good amount. Well the president of the company responded to my email in just a few hours to let me know he had already refunded my order(blew my mind) and there was no reason to return anything. He also informed me that they had issues with their new manufacture and have switched back to their previous one. And just to really throw me for a spin he even sent me some free samples. I was seriously surprised and it was nice to find a company that actually cares about their customers. Even though I ran into this problem I will buy them again, I wouldn't even hesitate. Things like this don't happen very often within companies, which is sad, but I will always support and back companies like this one! In no way was I paid to try these or anything, I am just a person that was looking to get good quality K-cups at a good price.

I tried to like this brand. They have a good price, and they have a decent variety of flavors for my wife and I. I like the taste of most of the coffees, my wife thinks it's average. The major issue that we had was that most of the cups were exploding (lid not staying sealed) in our Keurig 2.0 and causing coffee grinds to go everywhere. We had not experienced this issue before in the 2+ years we have owned our Keurig 2.0, so we thought it must have been a fluke. I reached out to the company on their website and their President responded (impressive) and indicated they had some trouble with the lids and he would send me some samples of the new lids to try. I received the samples and tried those, however they too exploded. At this point we were becoming pros at disassembling the Keurig parts to clean them, but that's not something I ever wanted to happen. I reached out to the company again to let them know the samples they sent failed as well. He then mentioned that they had found an issue with their grinder that needed maintenance and would send me new samples. I received the new samples as promised and while they did have better odds of success, over half of them were still popping the lid and getting grinds in the coffee. I'm a sports guy so I tend to use the "three strikes and you're out" rule.While they did have pretty good customer service and I thought the coffee flavors were good, unfortunately the product just doesn't work as it should and I've gotten way too familiar with my Keurig, so I have to give it 1 star.

Really good deal for this amount of pods! They come in a box, loose. So you have to either dump them out & organize, or just keep them in a cupboard and sift through as you go. I havent noticed any type of loose grounds in the box, and I havent Had any mishaps with the pods while brewing. There is a good amount of different flavors. So far I’ve tried pumpkin spice, vanilla and the eye opener. Pumpkin spice was awful. Tasted like tobacco lol instantly dumped! Vanilla and eye opener were super yummy!!! I usually can get two cups of coffee out of my Kirkland brand pods, but these ones I can Not.
