Hovan's Group Gold Body Lotion 1.7 oz

i ordered this product hoping it would be new item ...... the bottle looked like it has been used and abused. cracked and the liquid spilled out as soon as i opened the pump . i really thought it was lotion the smell was unpleasant i threw it out right away and the yellow stains on my hands stayed for 2 days :(

I love the product and find it does reduce in grown hairs but it is quite pricey and frustrating to get the product out of the container when the product is only partially used up. Pump system is not very efficient. I prefer the small facial version as you can use the product to the last drop.

Although I still have a minor problem with ingrown hairs following bikini waxing, there is a significant reduction than before I used this product. I use it daily, following daily use of a mild salt scrub, and ingrown are not as severe nor numerous. The only draw back is the odor. However, it does not linger.

I would never buy from this seller again! The product is defective and they will not make good on it. Their reply was "we have sold 20 like this with no problems"! I have bought this product for years from other sellers and love it. It is normally a light creamy consistancy but what I was sold is thin, dark and runny. I can't believe they will not stand behind what they sell!
