I love these bath fans. I have two in my house now. They were relatively easy install. Only headaches I had were from my house not the fans. The lights are nice and bright but not too bright. And the fans move a ton of air with out being loud or annoying.

This fan/light replaced a 50CFM, and is well worth the price. the LED surround light is soft and bright enough for a bathroom. There is the option to use a dimmer, which I did not decide to use. The fan is much quieter than the one it replaced, and seems to be better made. The fan keeps the approx. 10' x 12' bathroom w shower clear of steam, etc. Installing the fan was quite easy, and the box contains a diagram to assist you. This is the second unit I have purchased, after installing one in a different bathroom. I will be ordering one for my third bathroom soon.

I have bought 6 of these. I will say that all were installed to vent outside. They provided decent light, subjective since it depends on the size and shape of your bathroom, it is rather quiet for the amount of air it moves. It's my fan of choice.

So far so good. It's been installed for a few days now, so this review cannot reflect a long-term impression of longevity.--Quiet (much more so than the old fan, a Broan HD80L from who knows when), for the most part. There's a slight rattle I haven't been able to pinpoint, which is a bit annoying, but the fan itself is pretty quiet. I think the rattle may be the capacitor, which sits unsecured in the housing.--Relatively easy to install. I think my duct damper was installed upside-down in the duct adapter, so I had to flip that around, but that's easy to do. Also, there did not appear to be any mounting holes provided in the locations specified in the instructions. I ended up mounting it with (4) #8 3/4" wood screws to a 2x4 ceiling joist. I believe it's designed for 2x6 installation, so there was a slight tilt to it after installation, causing one end of the cover to hang below the drywall about 3/8. I placed a furring strip on the ceiling drywall near the sag, drove a long (~1-1/2") sheet metal screw through the other end of the housing, and let it rest on the furring strip. That brought the housing into level.--True color temperature for the LED light. Matches the rest of the room well. It's a warm light that's bright enough, but not too bright.--Powerful. I admittedly went overboard with the sizing on this for our small bathroom (about 50 SF), but man, does it do a good job. My wife tends to take very long, very hot showers, and even with that, the mirror in the bathroom barely fogged up. It's so powerful that it actually exhausts the air through the duct and into the other bathroom, whose exhaust fan does not have a damper installed (their ducts are connected in a Y before terminating at a roof vent). I may buy another one to replace the one in that other bathroom, since that one is starting to wear out as well.

We renovated our 1/2 bath and needed to replace an old exhaust fan. We also needed more light and we chose this exhaust fan with light to save ceiling space in a small room. The LED light is nice and bright (and energy efficient) and the fan is pretty quiet too. I was expecting it to be big and bulky, but it has a nice, sleek look. It was also a lot less expensive that our local hardware store. Highly recommend- installed three months ago and still looking and running great.

WE love our new fan. The light is bright enough that I don't have to use the other set of lights in our bathroom at all. The fan is so awesome that after taking a shower there is hardly any steam on the mirrors at all. I have to also add that the fan is very quiet. I think for the money this is the perfect option and we searched for quite a while before deciding on this one.

Very quite, decent CFM air flow. Lighting is decent, I install them near the bath or shower door to provide a light source for bathing since primary lighting is usually above the vanity. I prefer Broan / Nutone because their motors are usually easily available from supply houses if they ever need replacement. Panasonic is also a reliable brand, usually a few $ more than Broan

Good price and a very good fan/light system. The unit was easy to install (much easier than removing the original) and is very quiet in operation. We really like the soft light output of the LED's also. This is not to say that the light output is low as the fixture is bright but rather the subjective feel of the light- it is not a harsh light

It’s a decent looking fan, it’s bright enough. Install wasn’t terrible as long as you have some basic know how. The fan doesn’t pull as much air as I expected, the LED light is a more yellow color than I thought, and it didn’t come with any marrettes or a clamp to hold the housing electrical in the box. Not the end of the world, hopefully it works for years to come. I did it all from the room side. Quieter than the old 2.5 sone fan it replaced by a fair bit. Overall I’m still pleased.
