I bought this case nearly three years ago when we got our new phones. It was starting to chip and look a little worn, so I thought I would try something else. I was wrong. This case is the best. It still works after three years, through the plastic on the screen is starting to look a little worn. But it still works! And as far as protection of my phone--I have dropped it numerous times and never had even a scratch on the phone. So if this case becomes unusable, I will replace it with the same. Highly recommend. It is easy--VERY EASY--to install and lasts!

Ok so everyone who says that finger print scanner doesn't work is wrong an they clearly didn't read the instructions which clearly tell you to erase your old finger prints an scan your new finger prints again after the case is installed, which once that is done an you scan your prints again after the case is installed it works flawlessly. I can account that the durability of the case is fantastic as I had the older version of the same case without the scanner an it held up perfect for over 2 years. This case for the Samsung galaxy note 20 5g is perfect it will only fit that model not the ultra model so make sure you are reading the description properly. But to be honest with everyone this case is 5 stars all around an im so happy to my finger print scanner back. Great job an I hope this honest review will help everyone looking for a great case find what they are looking for.

This case protects my phone from drops VERY WELL! Once I had a minute crack in the glass so when it was time to trade up ~ a Thousand Dollar Phone became worthless! Not with THIS CASE!

I got this case for my galaxy note 20 and it fit pretty well, but the fingerprint scanner was not working very well. I eventually had to cut out the plastic part and put a normal screen protector on it. For some strange reason the s pen doesn't work near the fingerprint scanner for me, I have tried to readjust it but it doesn't seem to make any difference. It does a good job of protecting the phone though and the kick stand is nice, it slides back in and doesn't have to click which is good because over time that has weared for me in the past with other cases

The case works fine and easy to get on the phone..just make sure you buy the right size case for your style phone. Messed up 1st buy but got correct size 2nd. My one complaint is the majority of this case is PINK -so not what I ordered I order a copper color...got PINK! Part of case right color but the rubber/plastic is pink..kept it because needed a case quick...sure all other colors would be fine..Case sturdy-stand-easy to install- great value-just so not a PINK gal!! Will buy again in different color..🙂

Great fitting case for my phones. Snug but easy to install/place. Closes tightly. Getting the stand to return to the flat position is a bit stiff and fearful I might break it, but I expect it will become easier/looser with regular use.

The screen protector makes this product 100% unusable! I have reprogrammed my finger prints 6+ times with the touch sensitivity turned on-95% of the time I cannot unlock my phone with my finger print. Using the stylus to type is equally frustrating because it types out extra words, wrong words, etc. You have to press down so hard to get it to barely function. I have had to erase over 20 extra words or letters just in the time I've been typing this review.The screen protector also scratches very easily. Mine was scratched on day one. My last case lasted two years and I only had to replace it because the kick stand finally went out.Very disappointed in this product! I very rarely leave negative reviews bc I think there is enough negativity in the world that I don't want to add to it but I see this as a consumer report to save others from the frustration I've had with it.(I'm now up to 30+ words I've either had to erase and do over or extra words and lettersu had to delete)

This case is currently on my phone lol I love the color, and it comes with a screen protector which is awesome and the phone is inside, It's 100% protected which I love tremendously bc I can't afford another phone lol and the added bonus is, this case reminds me of the autobots emblem, ok ok I'm obsessed with transformers too lmao haha 🤪🤣😂Thank you Amazon
