I had been getting consistent UTI’s & was tired of the antibiotics. I’d get symptoms, go to the doctor & get a course of ABT. When I was done with my ABT, I’d be good for a bit (a couple of weeks or so), then symptoms would start again. I did a telehealth visit that changed my urinary tract health. This doctor was more on the natural side for treatment & recommended I take d mannose as well as some other supplements like vitamin C & D. She told me how much to take if I feel one coming on and how much to take as a more therapeutic/preventive dose. I drink lots of water too & I haven’t had a UTI since. I also urinate before & after intercourse. That seems to help a lot. It’s been over a year now & I’m still going strong!

I have been taking d mannose and cranberry for a few years now. My normal brand has not been working for me so I tried these to see if they might help. I am so glad I did. This all natural aupplement, helped me be more productive (volume) when urinating, and lessening the times I need to stop and find a bathroom. I can actually sleep 4-5 hours straight through the night, which for me is huge. I'm on my second bottle. One pill in the morning, and one 2 hours before bedtime. The jel caps are small and easy to swallow. No taste.

I felt a UTI coming on and was on a budget. I ordered this with high hopes, and it work out. Wiped out my symptoms in 2 days (I took 3 a day for 3 days). TMI but this nipped it in the bud-even some blood involved. Great deal. Gonna order another another bottle to have on hand next time the need arises.

This stuff really works!! Honestly at first signs if a UTI coming on I rush to take these and within 4 hours any symptoms are gone!! Of course you have to take these at the very first signs of symptoms!! If you wait a day because you are not sure then you will have to double up on your dosing. I haven't had a UTI in 10 years! It's so safe it's a whole food! Who needs big Pharma when you have naturals like these! They will always be my go to!
