I've used this product for years, as in 16+ and it is my go to when my neck or shoulders ache, get tight, or cause a headache. Initially got them because they're portable but I use them whether at home or away.

I've used many different kinds of Salongpas/ pain relieiving patches, and this is one of my favorite ones. As a cellist, i tend to get soreness around my neck/shoulder area. This patch is a good size and convenient to apply. It is sticky, but not too sticky where it hurts to take off.

I live these easy to use patches that offer great pain relief....for my knees and my back!

What would rheumatoid arthritis sufferers like me do without these little rectangular miracles? I'm genuinely grateful to the maker for their invention. They get me through the gaps--from pain med dose to pain med dose--particularly at night, when the knees and the ankles and the elbows start singing their mournful song.To help your patches stick better, gently wipe the skin with a bit of rubbing alcohol before applying.

I have been using Salonpas on my lower back for six months up until my fusion surgery on Dec. 16th.

Lasts all day. Helps my occasional bursitis

Horrendous. Smells like Pepto Bismol on steroids and doesn't provide any pain abatement.
