There's not a lot to say about cane tips. This one fits a 1" cane perfectly. It grips perfectly. I don't know how long it will last, but cutting the old one off and putting the new one on took less than five minutes. I used a Buck 110 pocket knife to cut the old one down the side to peel it off. If you rely on a cane at all, you need it to be non slip. Look at your cane and see if the ring treads are worn down. If they are, you could fall more easily. Change them out. It's easy and cheap. I have intermittent vertigo. When it hits me it's acute. 99% of the time I don't need a cane. But when vertigo hits I can put my feet apart and lean forward onto my cane. A tripod is a very steady position. It usually passes the nauseous stage in a minute or less but I am a little unsteady for hours after.

This was ordered as a 1-inch cane replacement, it is almost perfect. The issue is that all wooden canes can vary even though they say they are one inch. 99 % fit, but they work and I do not have to buy a new cane. I am heavy on my cane as I am using it during rehab for knee surgery so I place a great deal of weight and the tip is taking the pressure.

Measure the end of the cane itself without the tip on it. Thought it would be wider but was looking at the rubber tip itself for inside measure after taken off. Nope, look at cane itself. Fits an old wooden cane of my father's that am now using myself as well as the 2'nd one fit on a tall hiking stick from my old days of hiking so that is a big bonus. Tall walking sticks are great for center of balance.

Used these for my staff. They'll last about 70 miles with my form of "walking". They have a little metal washer at the bottom inside to help stabilize the tip. I'm hooked on these.
