I've used different brand and a little more expensive gloves than this, but this is worth the money, easy break in and the quality of the leather will last you 4 5 seasons

My 11U moving to 12U select/travel player is playing in the outfield more and more lately so he needed a larger outfield specific glove. I didn’t want to drop a ton of money and have the extended break-in period that is usually associated with the “custom” glove route. I needed a quality glove at a reasonable price that was game ready and he would be comfortable using after a couple of practices.This glove is a home run. It is a high end glove that looks and feels way better than its price point. He was skeptical at first because quite frankly he’s a “glove snob” and was kinda “it’s ok” when it first arrived. After a half hour of playing catch he changed his mind to “this glove is pretty sweet”. After a week of outfield drills and fly balls he was like, “this is my favorite glove”.Now after a full month of use the glove is fully broken in but still holding its “flared” shape. The pocket is huge and perfect for outfield play. Mizuno got it right on this one. If you want a quality glove for your outfielder and don’t want to bust the budget get this glove.

The overall durability of the glove appears to be in line with what I would expect from Mizuno, but it does not have a very deep pocket. My son has dropped more balls since using this glove than I have ever seen him drop before. He decided to use my glove and it made all the difference in the world. Mizuno makes good products most of the time, this is not one of those times.

The leather on this glove, is fantastic. The pattern is fantastic. The laces they used, weren't cured right, or were too dry. The laces busted out when we were breaking it in. Contacted mizuno, never heard back. And I was a big mizuno fan before this glove man, a real disappointment.
