This is the perfect dish! Properly sized for a pie. Deep enough for a casserole. Easy to clean. Attractive dish that goes easily from oven to table. We are remodeling the kitchen and inadvertently packed all our cookware away. Then we realized we have a convection microwave. Needed a well rounded dish for all purposes, so . . . we bought this little workhorse. We make cinnamon rolls, casseroles, steaks, and more in it. It will be a cornerstone of our new kitchen. Will be buying more of this brand and style!

I purchased this to use when I make pot pies. It is perfect for that! Nice ceramic dish heats quickly and evenly. Nice depth to make good sized pot pies, but not overly heavy. Cleans up easily as the ceramic is naturally non-stick. Looking forward to many years of use!

I don't know what it is but I made a new casserole last night and used this deep dish to bake it in and I am telling you.... it is the best casserole I think I have ever had in my life. One, cooks perfectly well, no dark on the bottom and even as well. The food just taste better coming from this dish. The quality is excellent. I purchased in anticipation of making a home-made apple pie for Thanksgiving and decided to use it for the casserole last night. I have ton's of "top cookware" and this deep dish definitely stands up to 'the best".. Thank you seller. Also arrived overnight. I am seriously impressed. And, as other's have stated it is asthetically beautiful.

So deep you’ll have to increase the ingredients 20-40% to fill. Make more apple pie for me! Be careful on the base it is rough and I am not sure if it would scratch countertops that are softer than granite. Well made and built to last. Pies come out perfectly.
