So far I am extremely happy. It wasn't easy to install. I had problems with the shaft that goes up through the basin having some large pitting from rust. This I cleaned out and filled with epoxy. After that I sanded and painted the shaft to create a suitable mating surface for the new seal/gasket. I used silicone grease to install so it wouldn't react with the rubber or epoxy.

Well Made, research installation method
Good fit and very pliable. Old machines will likely be difficult to remove the inner basket. Do a search. Some use boling water and vinegar over the top to break the bond. One person made a puller by using C clamps which led me to use a gear puller (worked great). I also had to use epoxy to fill in where the steel tube had rusted.

I put some Vaseline on the center post so it slide over easier
I replace this outer tub Center post seal at the time when I was rebuilding the washing machine what do you have everything apart it’s easy to install

Worked great. Was the cause of the leak in my washer. Much harder job otherwise.
