Great cards, easy to follow, fantastic for making your own workout. Packaged beautifully in sturdy zip case. A bit expensive and wish they made combined weights and bodyweight exercise cards so two sets aren’t needed. Ended up returning simply because I received a similar gift just after ordering these but would otherwise definitely had kept.

This is a great collection of cards with the bands from the same company. I’ve started using them every day. The workouts are easy to follow and give endless combinations of strengthening exercises.

Very impressed! Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Set is in a nice, sturdy, hard sided zipper case. Cards on a metal ring. Easy to understand. Option to scan a QR to get more workouts. Easy to pick the cards you need for a workout, as they are numbered. Easy to follow instructions and can start with light dumbbells then increase as needed both in weight, reps, and sets, making this pretty much infinitely useful. Great product.

I stayed in a hotel for 6 weeks for work and the gym wasn’t the greatness nor was there any gyms locally so I was looking for something other than just running. I found these cards and totally kicked my butt!!! Gave me the leg workout I needed. I do recommend getting bands to work with.

This card set is great. Clear instructions on each movement and you can structure an entire workout.

I just received these and they exceed my expectations!! Durable plastic, a nice variety of exercises to choose from. A very nice case to keep them in. Routines to choose from. Really a nice product. Worth every penny!!! I can’t wait to use them.

Very easy and effective exercise program

I LOVE this set of exercise cards for band strength training. I saw results in muscle tone almost immediately. Comes with some recommended workouts, but you can also build your own. The bands are easy on the joints, tendons and ligaments. I’m someone who is plagued with repetitive movement injuries and I haven’t had an injury since using these. There’s lots of diversity so you never get bored. Can do these exercises at home in small space. I recommend purchasing the bands by the same company.
