Recommended by my eye doctor to clean eye lids and lashes to prevent glands getting infected and blocked. Works very well. I have used the foam and the wipes for years. When used regularly I have not had any flare ups but when I get lazy ,I will get a mild flare up.

This product is mild to the eyes and cleans very well, leaving the eyelid soft and protected. I especially love to use it in the morning just out of bed to get rid of nightly residue and leftover eye makeup that didn't wash off. I do not care for the pre-moistened pads. They are too wet and I have to squeeze the excess out before using the the pad is too rough. I recommend the foam and a cotton pad for ease of use, comfort and cleansing and protection.

Great for styes! I’ve been struggling with blepharitis and irritation. This has been working great and one pump is more than enough for both eyes. The previous soap I was using was drying my eyes out badly and this is very moisturizing! 10/10.

It works well to clean my eyelids and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.

I have dry eyes . I use this twice a day and it seems to help my eyes to produce more tears and the moisturizing element in the foam. Just feels good after application.

For the past year, I have been trying various eyelid cleansing products to see which worked best to remove the sticky biofilm that accumulates on my lids and lashes when my blepharitis flares up. My eyes and lids are very sensitive, and the lids become swollen, red, flaky and irritated…..especially if I have to rub my lashes to get them properly cleansed. I also have frequent styes that form when I cannot properly cleanse my lids. So…I have tried baby shampoo, various wipes including those that are recommended by doctors, tea tree cleansers, soap and oil free cleansers, and other foam cleansers including the original Occusoft with the navy blue label. All of them either irritated my skin, or did a poor job of cleaning the sticky film from my lash line. Then…..this foam. Wow. Since day one, this product has cleansed my lids very well, and leaves a soothing emollient behind. The product seems to work equally well whether I rinse it off or if I leave it on. In the morning, I rinse…..before bed I leave it on. Apply with your eyes closed…..I experience slight stinging if the product gets into my eyes. But, I no longer have to scrub my lash line vigorously with a q-tip or cotton pad—I just rub gently with fingertips. In the morning, I have little to no flaky biofilm, and no eyelid irritation. I highly recommend this product to folks with sensitive skin and moderately severe MGD and blepharitis.

I have a lot of issues with dry eyes, and I need to keep my eyes clean. I have found this to be the perfect way to remove make up or any soil around my eye. It does not burn and it has helped my eyes keep from itching so much.

Derm suggested this might help the eczema on my eyelids and under my eyes. Really didn't help. Also tried the wipes. No real change. Would not purchase again.
