I bought this tape for my workouts and I’m really impressed with the quality. It sticks very well, stays in place during exercise, and the best part is that it doesn’t leave any glue residue on the skin. It’s easy to tear, durable, and the pack lasts a long time. I LOVE this tape. So many uses. Functionality - Comfortable on my bad hand, anywhere I need a somewhat Flexible yet strong and sturdy support. No Irritation, Stays in place, Tears so easily even with one hand. I Also use this to label jars I reuse, plastic bathroom travel containers (best !), and much, much more. Super Easy to Write On with a sharpie marker or pen. incredible value for the money ! This is my second purchase of this Tape pack.

I’m really impressed with the Summum Fit White Athletic Tape! This tape is extremely strong and reliable, and it’s become a key part of my sons soccer sports training and recovery routine. This tape provides great stability for joints and muscles. My son use it for ankle support during runs and it stays put through intense workouts. It sticks really well without slipping or peeling, even when I’m sweating. I never worry about it coming loose mid session. It’s strong but not too stiff, flexible enough that it doesn’t restrict movement or feel uncomfortable. The material is durable and doesn’t irritate my skin. It removes cleanly without pulling too much.

I bought them to tape an ankle. They are more adhesive than the Coach brand or other low-cost athletic tapes and will do the job, but not super sticky either (e.g. definitely not sticky like the stronger KT kinesio tape) For an ankle tape, it's not sticky enough. The supporting parts (in particular around the leg) will tend to slide under stress when you get sweaty. Bottom line is adhesion is compromised by sweat. This is common of most athletic tape so I can't completely knock them off for that. If anything it sticks a little better and at least to itself. I like the finger tape. I use this for Jiu Jitsu. That said it is a little wider than I like it to tape my fingers (it tends to create small folds when you change the angle during the tape job, which makes the finger tape work less stable and more subject to slipping around). The Gorilla Tape brand is better for this. Or just good ol' Coach tape ripped into thinner strips. The way the side of the tape has little "teeth" is awesome for cutting it, including once you want to remove the tape. Not as useful on the finger tape (the way to undo the finger tape is just to unroll it instead of ripping it)

Climber here, pretty psyched with this tape. I bought and returned another brand before this because it's adhesive was too weak. The adhesive on this one is not as strong as on that German-sounding brand most of us are familiar with, but I think I might prefer this. It's a little bit easier to get off when I want to, and doesn't leave nearly as much residue on my hands. Also, the little finger sized roll is super handy for taping finger joints with weak pulleys. I would, and will buy again.

this tape is great. although it runs out fast. it is very useful for gymnastics which is what i used it for. i taped my ankles with it for extra stability and it did the job. it was even helpful when i smashed my index finger in a door. i was able to tape my index finger and my middle fingers together so that it could have more stability instead of splinting it with a finger splint. the tape worked great for every thing it used it for. i was very helpful that it didn't live a sticky residue after removing. so if you're wanting a cheaper pack of tape then get this it works

The tape really sticks! Reminds me of a roll of tape for use on bandages. You have to be careful that you don't put this on sensitive skin. I wrapped my upper arms to give them support due to muscle injury. I used an under layer of cushioning but still got a bit of tape on my arm. Really hurt to pull it off of the sensitive inside upper arm skin! If you are careful or have tough skin, I think this tape is worth getting for its holding power. I doubt it will come off or get loose. Great for the gym or used as support for injuries. Probably great for use on ankles!

I've only tried one other brand (which I don't remember) before, and I decided to go with this product because I liked the quantity to price ratio. Upon arrival I think I discovered my new favorite brand and I'll be sticking with them for the rest of my time using sports tape. I find the tape itself to be quite breathable, light, and easy to tear, yet firm and sturdy. The adhesive holds well to both skin and a foam based pre tape I now use as well, but as advertised, doesn't leave any residue and is easy to remove. Now this detail I'm about to add isn't really important to the overall function of the product, but I'm a sucker for some good packaging and I was very pleasantly surprised at the box it came in. It honestly made me extra giddy to open it and keep it for storage of the tape. I currently use it for wrist support during the entirety of my weightlifting sessions, and I have not been disappointed. The adhesive lasts well through every session (2-3½ hours each), providing the support I need. In the coming years, I plan on getting into professional wrestling and I'm going to keep using SummumFit as my brand of sports tape.
