Alpine Corporation TZL154 Alpine Fountain with LED Light Rainforest Rock Frountain, Multicolor

I received the item unpackaged and broken, in multiple pieces. The fountain alone (no packaging, no box, no protection, no manual) was just thrown in a box and shipped. Requested a replacement which I got in just a few days. Returning the old with labels they sent.The replacement was packaged like you would expect. The fountain was nestled in styrofoam in an actual box with a manual.So for an actual product review:It looks cute! It does what it's supposed to do as far as pumping water. One of the LED lights is out, I've contacted Alpine for a replacement part. It does not make any noise because of the filters. If you are wanting to hear a trickling steam, this is not the fountain for you. I've only just set it up, so as to how long it will last??? I'll update if anything changes.

I was happy with this fountain for about two weeks. Was a little disappointed it looked so cheesy and small at first but hey the height description is right there in the info. Then, I started realizing the motor was louder than the trickle, and if you sit anywhere near the thing at night the light is right in your face (on porch) the lights should face down into the water, not out of it so theres one thing. Second, it straight up stopped working after three weeks. 80 dollar fountain and is broken after 3 weeks of using it lightly in the evenings, never left on. Kinda makes me not want to buy from this company and just go to Menards for a replacement after they take this one back. TOO MANY WIRES SITTING IN WATER FOR SOMETHING TO GO WRONG. TO THE MAKER: KEEP UR ELECTRICAL SOCKETS OUT OF THE ACTUAL FOUNTAIN SO UR STUFF WONT KEEP BREAKING. WATER+ELECTRIC = NO BUENO.

It's very beautiful. Rain forest rocks look very natural and the sound of the water flow gives you a serene ambience. You can adjust the speed of the water flow. A beautiful piece for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this product. I just started using it from a couple of days back. Hope it stays longer.

Two orders, both times they sent obviously previously returned fountains. One missing several parts -like the electrical plug (kinda important), the other immediately started pouring water out of the bottom as soon as I put it in... obviously broken and previously returned. I will not order from this company ever again.

I kept this fountain although it was missing a piece on the back which was to hide the water opening on the back. Worked fine a few times then croaked...pump still worked but water leaked out all out of the bottom and made a mess of my wood credenza. It’s defective and needs to be sent back but they are saying no returns now ☹️.
