Initially I thought this was great when I received it. The balloons are colorful. When I started blowing up balloons I noticed they had this insane chemical smell. Like really bad chemicals. I blew them all up though obviously I needed them for the lady bug birthday theme for my 4 year old. I quickly got a massive headache. About 45 minutes later as I’m headed to take things to the park I started to feel very weird. 15 minutes after that, I’m still setting up the party and I start violently throwing up. Like hard core. I kept thinking it would end but it just never did. My husband had to drive me home and I laid in bed for 3 hours with so much nausea. It was a nightmare honestly. I want to stress I didn’t eat anything crazy or different that day. It was these balloons. I’m writing this review almost a year after purchasing them, if that doesn’t tell you how heavy that day sits on my mind. To top it off nobody really showed up to the party (thanks Covid) and I had to leave the party before it officially started. What a day it was.

Very cute. The only downside is the balloons smelled like furniture varnish while blowing then up which was off putting

These Balloons smell awful! They have an awful chemical smell that won’t seem to go away. I’ve left them outside for over 24 hours and they still smell terrible. I’m not sure if the smell is going to get any better once they’re blown up with helium, which I’ve already paid for... I would not buy this again!
