I suffer from a thyroid condition that zaps my energy. I started taking Arazo L-Carnitine hoping for a bit of a boost. The effects were subtle, not really that noticeable. I took it regularly for about 3 weeks not thinking much about its effects until much later. I was working out during that time and at 65 years old feeling pretty good. The working out was giving me energy which was allowing me to get the right amount of sleep and I was in a great mood (or so I thought). I then went out of town for a couple of days forgetting to pack my supplements. After I returned home and after I'd stopped taking it for a few more days I became listless and didn't have the energy to work out or even make it through the day without feeling especially tired. No big deal, I'll get my energy back when I start working out again except when I went to the gym I couldn't even make it through the workouts. I quit early and then missed a couple of days. I was really starting to struggle until I got back into the routine of taking my supplements. Now, just a couple of days later I'm back at it! Full of energy, feeling good and getting in full workouts. I reread some of my notes regarding "Why I take this" and there it was - Energy from L-Carnitine. I told my brother he started taking it and the same thing for him. Energy for his gardening, running his errands and making it past the nightly news. This is a great product and I recommend it to all who can use a boost. The only warning is don't stop taking it and don't share it with your friends because they will use all of yours. My advice, make them get their own.

I have used a lot of different brands of L-Carnitine over the years and my biggest complaint was the smell and the size of the pills. I do not have any complaints with this product. There isn't any smell and the pills are smaller than any other brand out there. I have noticed an increase in my energy after a few days of taking the pills, which means it works! :) The biggest positive so far is the decrease in my appetite. I no longer have a desire to snack and it even feels like I get fuller faster. I started taking the pills two weeks ago and I still have no desire to snack. This makes me believe it is not a placebo effect for me. For the price and quality of the product I would recommend this product to everyone.

As far as far burning products go, this was highly effective. I platoed with my exercise and diet regime and needed a product to help get rid of the fat I had hanging out on top of my 6 pack. I got great results in the 2 weeks I used it, and got over that barrier. But the smell did me in, I thought it was an exaggeration but i smelt the worst dead fish scent every time I used the restroom. I might try to find a way to use smaller dosages for maybe a week at a time so I don't have the excess in my system, but for now I'm just trying to clean it all out so I don't stink. Some may say it goes with the territory, but I prefer my "territories" to not smell like dead fish personally

This was the best L-carnitine I have tried in a long time. I’ve tried several other brands that always made me feel a little off. I know this isn’t a stimulant but most other brands made me feel jittery and I noticed a difference in overall performance of this supplement. I have consistent and sustained energy all day. It has helped suppress my appetite and notice no adverse affects. I stayed away from L-carnitine for a long time but I am glad this made me change my mind. I will only purchase this brand. I can go to the gym at 5am or 5 pm and as long as I start my day off with this I don’t feel fatigued even after my workout.

Of all the supplements out there, it's hard to know what is effective and what isn't. Nobody wants to waste money and time using stuff that does nothing except pick your pocket. It will always start with your diet and meal timing. If your supps cost more than your grocery bill, you are doing it wrong. Period! With that being said, this stuff will be a great addition. You can count on extra oomph in the gym or what ever activity you engage. I've had excellent results using this in combination with diet, cardio, lifting, and MMA training. The kind of results you notice if it's not being used and when it is being used. I'd recommend to anyone serious about physical fitness.

I have purchased multiple L-Carnitine over the years and for the most part got the general benefit expected. What was such a pleasant surprise about Arazo L-Carnitine was the purity of it. I say that because I really feel it working. I appreciated that even if I took it with a light snack, it didn't upset my stomach. It didn't get powdery in my mouth the instant it got wet and had no bitter taste. Although it's not an advertised benefit, I did notice it cut my appetite quite a bit. which I was not at all expecting. But Wow, am thankful for. Since I suffer from a spinal cord injury, anything that is going to support me and help me be my best is important. I can't be as active as the old me, so the new me sure needs the help. I am losing weight a bit more successfully, feel my metabolism work harder and my muscles feel stronger than before. I was not expecting Arazo to be much different, but I am so glad I was wrong. If you are on the fence, please give it a shot. I do wish they made it in a stronger strength. I do take a much higher dose my physician recommended for me. So I take 2000mg morning and afternoon, and 1000 at bedtime. That may not be the right thing for everyone. But for me the improved difference is remarkable. I will keep on this for as long as my body favorably responds and I am happy I tried this product. A product that has no bad taste, does not get instantly powdery, doesn't upset my stomach, has no foul smell...it's a winner for me. ANd my metabolism is thanking me for adding to my daily regime. I will update review should something change. But as of April 3rd, 2018, I am very happy and down some pounds.
