If you are looking for a ginseng supplement, Mary Ruth's is a good one to try. The flavor reminded me a little bit of cinnamon without the spice element, mixed with a little green or herbal taste. I tried it straight, and it was palatable. I still think I would most often mix it with something. The recommended dose is just 30 drops, and I think if you added this to a drink of some kind, it would be hardly noticeable. I think you would taste it in water, and if that is what you planned to mix it with, you'd do just as well to take it straight and then chase it with water. Nice that the product doesn't require refrigeration, and the bottle isn't so large as to be bulky and in the way. If you have had an estrogen fed cancer though, this product does contain Maca, so you might want to find another formulation without that ingredient.
