Q: How do you secure and release the rod sections?? There are no instructions with the rod.

They are a pain to align. My rod seemed nice, but quickly broke. Read the Kastking "warranty". It is a joke. They expect me to mail the rod and $20. Then they will determine if they want $30 more to replace the rod or if my $20 is enough. This is the first fishing rod I have ever seen break. It is junk.

Q: 7'6" MH baitcasting good for striper fishing?

Dont buy the medium for stripes. My medium was incredibly fragile. Read the Kastking "warranty". You must mail a defective rod back along with $20. Then they will inspect it. If they feel like it wasn't defective, then they will require an additional payment of 1/2 price. If they determine it was 100% their fault, then they will keep your $20 to repair or replace it. I have never had a rod break in my life, before this one.

Q: Do you have any plans of making a bait casting version of this pole? would be great for bfs or ultra light bait casting,that is growing in popularity.
