Nutricost Potassium Citrate 99mg, 500 Capsules

Great supplement at a good price, but check with your doctor before taking. My doctor freaked out that I was taking this because "too much potassium can stop your heart." To be fair, if you take only 99mg per day of this stuff, that is not likely, but just make sure your dose aligns with your doctor's advice.

Low cost and they seem to work. We are dieting (low carb) and started getting some leg cramps. After a couple days of taking these three times a day, no leg cramps and haven’t had any since. Overtime, we have found this brand to be reliable, getting the product was fast, and no complaints on the vendor side. I’m not a doctor, but that’s good enough for me. Of course, do your own research or check with your friends doc.

I've used this product for a while. As I've gotten older (I'm geriatric), I had developed an issue of leg cramps at night after vigorous exercise. My physical therapist recommended potassium supplements so I began taking the Nutricost capsules -- my problem with leg cramps has resolved. It makes it easier for me to keep my physical activity and exercise levels up and that makes me feel better and promotes my general health.
