My package came with no compressor mounting bolts, no rubber, nuts, or washers.It only came with 8 masonry anchors, which were worthless because I’m mounting it to the side of my garage with wood siding.The bracket itself is well made, sturdy, and is currently holding my mini split compressor 6 feet off the ground and I’m happy with the build quality.2 stars for the *major* hassle of having to go to Home Depot twice and try to get all what I needed. Not to mention the extra $20+ it cost me, plus my time and great frustration over all of it. A decent seller would refund me the $20+ I had to spend just to get what they told me I was getting in the package. Timing made it impossible for me to send it back for exchange.5 stars for sure if they actually included what was advertised. See included pictures.

In my case, I'll be using this to mount a Mitzubishi unit. Don't wait to check the parts like I did. It was missing a bolt, a washer and a specific specialty item that you probably won't find at a hardware store that is used to level the arms. Judging by the feel of the anti-vibration rubber feet, I see them dry rotting withing a few years. Don't count on the hardware that is provided to mount on the wall. I'm guessing it's meant for solid concrete but I'm not sure. Plan on getting something that'll work for your application. Anyway, yeah, I'm mostly complaining about this but it will work. The finish seems good and should was sturdy enough for the unit.

I believe this is a solid item. The only downside if the package came all torn up and missing LOTS of parts.
