Excellent
In fact, I was afraid before I ordered it, but now I am very grateful and satisfied with it. It lasts longer than I expected. I highly recommend purchasing this portable battery.

Easy to fit, great power bank, getting about 60 plus miles on my tandem, built in rear light is a bonus

Very good value (EDIT: not)
EDIT (2023/005/06): I have been having repeated issues with the battery cutting out on very easygoing rides, likely an under voltage issue due to dead cells. The seller advertises themselves as being willing to help with repair for a few but this is false. When I asked them for help they simply said to google “repair centres”. Looks like I’ll have to attempt the repair myself, really not impressed. My 4 year old battery was dying so I needed a new/upgrade especially as my commute was getting a lot longer.I run this for about 20-25 miles at pretty high speeds and only go down to about 45V from 52V starting. Then I charge it because honestly I can’t afford to lose power on my commute, but I feel it has quite a bit more mileage in it than I use between charges.- It is powerful- it has excellent capacity- the key lock for security is handy- the 3-LED battery indicator is useful for a quick check- the mounting and dismounting plate for the battery is pretty well made and secure- the panier rack is sturdy and larger/thicker than I expected. I did have to bodge a way to secure it though, as the provided mounts weren’t suitable for my bike- the charger is excellent but it does take a long time to charge. My old battery’s charger is 4A, this is 3A- I like that the port for charging is reachable when it’s mounted on the bike- the backlight is a nice featureOverall I am very pleased and have enjoyed using this for the past two months. I am looking forward to seeing how it fares over a longer time period and if it’s as good as I hope then should I ever need a replacement I shall be coming back to this seller.

Came with EU plug and not Uk
For an item that cost me £350 I must say I am disappointed. one of the side decals has been put on upside down with no way to change it so one side is right and the other is wrong. I think if no care has been shown on this simple task them the battery assembly maybe just as poor.

Good range. Good customer service. Bad rack.
Used it with a 1000W front wheel ebike kit. Been using it for almost a month now. Would recommend , albeit theres a couple of catches.Pros :-Great range. I am a heavy man, my area is full of steep hills, and it does about 20 miles with almost zero pedalling-Excellenelt customer service. Needed a small part, they replied and sent immediately with no chargeCons :- It is big and heavy.- Battery did not fit in the rack as it is supposed to according to the manual. (I have the 48V 20aH model). Had to cut off the top part of the rack with a metal angle grinder.- Manual is poorly written and doesnt explain muchThings to keep in mind/ tips :- This battery is HEAVY and BIG. If you re not gon order the model with a rack, order a rack from somewhere else. You CANNOT install this on a bike without a rear rack.It will not fit on the frame like regular batteries- The weight of the battery will destroy any small bolts , and dettach the rack from the bike while you are riding it. Danger.Use bolts no smaller than M6 where the rack attaches to the rear lower frame near the wheel. On my bike the holes were small and could only fit smaller screws. I put smaller screws, they broke while I was riding, rack fell off, I nearly died.In the end I did what I should have done in the first place, used a drill to make the holes bigger and used M6 screws.- Another part that needs extra securing is where the rack attaches to the frame under the seat.It may become detached and the whole rack with the battery fall backwards while you are riding.Besides the metal rods, also tie a rope from the rack to the seat, or something that you devise, as a backup in case the rods fall off.- Battery cable barely reaches the controller. You may need extension cable. Also, the end of the cable does not have connectors, its just cable.Depending on your ebike kit and controller, you will probably need some crimps and a good crimping tool.- If you are not gon put side bags on the rear rack, you may as well cut off with a grinder the metal bars that dont support the battery, get rid of some extra weight
