Q: Why is it listed as both "natural rubber" and "silicone"? It's either one or the other! Which one is it then??

I’m pretty sure they’re silicone but you wanna take a measurement of the width of your old blades compared to the width of these blades don’t get fixed on thinking about the link I discovered they are skinnier

Just peal apart. No need to cut the 2 apart. The only cut if for the length.

I think it should work and the Black rubber material is fit fine with my old wiper.

Q: Since they don't come with clips to hold them, I wonder if you could use a small, thin black zip tie on the ends to substitue for a rubber block?

These are great and very easy to install in old frames. I have been using them for years.
