Flavor is bad and smell. But if you drink it down it works! Insurance wanted over $300 for a monghs supply of some chemical, this keeps me regular at just once a week!!

It is a good tea for constipation.I dont like the taste.I will buy again if I need it. I still have some to go.

Although not yummy, helps with your health issues. I use honey to sweeten and does not taste bitter.

I tried this along with lotus leaf. Not sure which one gave me problems but I almost lost control of my bladder for 2 weeks after drinking one cup of this tea. I tried again 2 weeks later and had the same problems so I know it was the tea. I went to the doctor and she told me not to take either one.
