I did quite a bit of research before I decided on this drone and since this is the first drone I have purchased, I must say I am very happy with it. From the moment I opened the box, I was blown away by how simple the setup process was. The instructions were clear and concise, making it a breeze to get everything ready for takeoff. Flying the drone was an absolute delight – it responded smoothly to my commands and maintained a stable flight throughout. What's even better is that this top-notch quality comes at an affordable price, which is a huge plus. I'm beyond impressed with the value this drone offers and how accessible it is for both beginners and experienced users. If you're looking for an easy-to-fly, easy-to-setup, high-quality drone that won't break the bank, this is definitely the one to go for! Even the case that you store the drone in is very well built and everything fits in it perfectly. This particular drone does require that you remove the gimbles before you store it which is just a couple of turns on each one, but it would be nice if you didn't have to remove them to store it, not a big deal. I can't get over how steady this drone is hovering and even in the wind it is easy to control. Flying it over the Bay I accidentally lost site of it but the home button feature saved me, what a great feature. The video and picture quality are amazing. This is really a great entry level drone and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality product. Lastly, I liked this Ruko drone so much, that I purchased the more expensive Ruko F11 GIM2 drone 1 week later and absolutely love it as well.

Just got this today and flew it twice on two full batteries for a total of 56 minutes. Interestingly, it returns to home automatically at 20% battery. Very happy with this as my first “real” drone after scaling up from a $20 toy. This is definitely worth the money for what it’s offering. The app works well and is useful. Pretty solid wind resistance and stabilization even at max altitude of 120m. The biggest thing I regret not paying for is the gimbal camera, but I knew I wasn’t getting that. You can still get some awesome photos and videos standing still or moving smoothly forward. Just too jumpy when changing altitude. I will say that it’s gone out of range twice when I wasn’t expecting it to. I didn’t think it was at the limit. Pretty scary. But, it held in place well and reconnected when I ran towards it. Looking forward to using this as a practice drone before leveling up

This is a great entry-level/beginner drone. I have very limited experience, primarily with cheaper toy quality products. I was able to get this drone in the air very quickly, once the battery and controller fully charged. The drone batteries take about 2.5 hours to fully charge - giving you about 20-26 minutes of flight time each. As a result I recommend keeping a cache of charged batteries at the ready. I've only flown the drone a few times, both time with minimal wind. The drone is definitely impacted by slight wind - as a result you shouldn't expect high-quality stable video. I did not install the SD card in the drone, but the app does capture both photos and video directly to the phone storage. I suspect the quality might be better when captured to the SD card. If you're looking for an entry-level / beginner set up to start building some drone skills this is a great choice.

I've been toying with the idea of getting a drone for quite a while. I didn't want a toy. I was interested in some basic photography and being able to inspect my roof and gutter remotely. When I saw the Ruko U11 Pro on sale I felt like the time had come. This drone is easy to fly, but is not a toy that performs pre programmed maneuvers that take the challenge out of flying. The craft is quite responsive to inputs but will stop on a dime if you neutralize the sticks before collision; you just have to recognize that you are getting into trouble. There is no automatic collision avoidance. I feel that this is a great combination for learning to fly and I really enjoy the challenge. The camera is quite good and allows declination control though panning requires rotating the craft itself. The drone is stable in hover and has shock absorbers for the camera, but not image stabilization. The photos and video are good as long as one is very smooth with transitions and maneuvers. When landing, the camera automatically points forward to save scratching the lens. The life on the two flight batteries is as advertised. I got in a great inaugural flight session using them both. The controller battery had given me some problems, it lasted great for the first few sessions, but even after full charge and 5 bars, it seems to suddenly discharge and the automatic return kicks in. I've contacted Ruko and they have promised me a new controller. They responded immediately and have been very communicative. I'm hopeful that the new controller will correct my problem Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I've been playing around with drones for a few years now. All I can say is Ruko is a very competitive brand with not only their pricing, but more importantly their product. I was almost upset when the outer packaging was damaged while being shipped, but after opening everything up, the manufacturer's packaging is so good, that neither the drone, nor the very nice carrying case had any damage to them. First and foremost, get the app on the phone, once you do, everything becomes very easy. As to the drone, it is built solid. Came with 2 batteries that hold a charge for a decent amount of time. The drone is very easy to control and direct. I've tested it out even in moderate wind, and this thing hold its own. Trust me, if you want something more than a kiddie toy of a drone, this is the way to go. I let my 6 year old fly it, and he had no problems handling it. The features are a completely added bonus. The camera on this takes very decent pictures (see samples). Overall, definitely worth the money. Ive looked at all different types of options, and very happy that I ended up with this brand. Thank you Ruko for making a great product.
