I purchased the Kllarmant Resistance Bands and I am very happy with my purchase. The items came neatly packed into a carrying/storage bag. Its the perfect little set to use as my Home Gym and not have to fork out money every month for a membership somewhere else. The handles and bands are easy to clip and unclip to switch out the different 'weight' bands during my work out. The pamphlet is handy for a beginner to use as a reference so I always look back to it when I am unsure of the muscle groups I want to be working out. Quality is good and I would be more than happy to purchase another set to keep at work!

I love resistance training and decided to get these bands. They have been excellent thus far. The material is durable. If you’re limited to only a few ideas on what you can do with these, they come with instructions, with pictures, on plenty more exercises that you can do. I bring a lot of my own things to the gym, especially equipment and tools that get gross from other people so not only are resistance bands great for doing at home workouts, they're great for taking to the gym if that is more of your thing.

I love this set. I recently started working out again and needed resistance bands that could row with me and my fitness level improved. This set is perfect! I started with the 10 pound one and have now worked my way up to the 15. My husband likes them too. The carrying sack made it easy to travel with, so no excuses for skipping my workouts, they're also so much easier to pack than weights.

The only complaint I have is with the door attachment.. It would be nice feel to have one you can put on the hinge side of the door. If I put it high or low on a weak door, it's liable to beak the door depending on the weight. A stronger door or simply keeping in the middle, it would work great!

Have been trying to use these at least every other day to build strength and a few months later I do feel stronger. They are easy to use and nice to keep in the house rather than going to the gym.

Just got this today. Works great. I have been looking for the door attachment but didn't know what to call it. This set came with everything. The caribiners(?) were a little rough, but sturdy. Price was right.

My bf and i decided to get this resistance tube set so we could do work out at home, somtimes things got too busy and theres just not enough time for gym, have used it couple times, we loved it! there are five weights, and you can combine them together, good resistance, theres also a bag for the tubes so you can take it with you while traveling too. Worth buying!
