A Good 'Brain Wake Up' Game
This is a good brain wake up game for my daughter and I to play before starting her math. She'd play it for a lot longer if I'd let her, lol! Super easy to learn, but can be challenging to play. The quality of the wooden pieces is just okay - very lightweight wood and not meant to be a statement in craftmanship, but hey, it's a game, so it's fine.

Perfect family game!
Amazing thinking brain for young kids. Recommend for kindergarten and up. Small pieces so keep away from dogs or young ones. We have so much fun playing!

This game is fun and great for building spatial reasoning. Also nice that it can be played for as long or little as you like. Our favorite!

Great for young puzzle seekers
We have the regular Q bitz but needed something for our very young family members to do while older ones to the regular. These are great for beginners. They are easy to master. Great learning puzzle.

A Great Starter Logic Game
I have had my eye on this game for some time waiting for it to go on sale. I wanted a fun beginning mental game to play with my 3-year-old daughter. This game does not disappoint. It is easy to understand, but difficult for a child to master. It even stumps me sometimes for a moment. The game comes with four sets of four blocks, each with a stand. It also has cards with examples to make with the blocks. We play the game by turning over a card and trying to match the design. The great thing is that you can randomly put blocks together and then use one of the other set to make the design that appears. I also liked that the instructions include other ways to play and match the pieces. This is a great challenging game for children and their parents. I would recommend it for a good gift, as well.

Great visual and tactile game
Each player gets four 1" cubes and a tray, and there are about 60 playing cards. If playing alone and for the younger crowd, I just noticed that the cubes actually fit right on the card for easier matching. The variation to roll the cubes and only use those that match the playing card is helpful to level the playing field between faster and slower visual processors. I got this specifically for my 7 yo son to do some vision therapy with an eye patch. I even made an extra paper cube set in red so he can play when wearing his red/green glasses. It's a great visual and tactile game that keeps all players engaged during each play. All of my kids enjoy playing with the little cubes - the 2 yo likes stacking them; the 4 and 5 yo like making their own patterns; the card patterns are a challenge for my 7 yo; and my 9 yo likes to play against and beat Grandpa.
