Top notch connectivity and ANC

Superb UC headphone with Boom Mic
You can connect it either via bluetooth dongle provided or even with the same C to C charging cord provided for charging as well as for directly connecting to media device, eg. laptop, Mobile. Value for money. Durability would have to see in the coming years.

Useless product, waste of money
You just have to pray that it keeps working fine and nothing goes wrong, because if it does, you have no place to go. No support, no customer care whatsoever Always had issues with Microphone not working or intermittently getting disconnected, before it finally went off and now hold this crap which I bought for19K wondering where to dump it

Sound quality and noise less mic is good
Product is really good. MIC is top notch, it is noiseless. Even if some one is talking beside you or tv is on and if you are in zoom call, receiver will not hear the sound. Only thing is the upper part got peeled off as shown in the video

A great buy with great utility
I went for the Poly 4320 UC after a bit of a research and have not been disappointed so far. Very handy to operate and a great voice quality. The nose cancellation is not the best but the device has not built for it either and since I am not in a very noisy environment, this works perfectly well for me. Two key standouts for me - first the Bluetooth coverage where I can literally walk around every corner of my house and still be connected seamlessly and second is the handy mute button on the headset which makes it very useful. Overall a great buy.

Perfect for work. Teams integration is a bonus!
There is nothing really to dislike about Poly. All their products are built to last and are excellent for pro users. I just wished the case to carry this headset was slightly better. It is a cloth and quite clumsy. Rest does a great job on a Mac or an android mobile. Basically, you need a USB C-type connector to use it. Just love it. Cannot complain TBH. Go for it.

Good Product
Good Product, I was able to connect multiple devices, phone and computer, initially you might feel headaches as it is bit heavy and got used to it in few days, now it's very confomfortable and can be used for long hours.
