WOW!
What's not to like?All I can say is it's a superb machine!Everything was seamless. From the timely delivery, great packaging and so easy to unpack and easy to operate! The machine is a bit heavy but that's what makes it stable and durable. What i love most is it does not make too much noise!If it keeps performing this way (I've only been usingit for three days but so far it delivers), I will not think twice recommending it to everyone.

Quiet and fast.
Very quiet and smooth shredding! No paper jams yet; does the job in a short period of time. Can shred a lot of documents without overheating. Highly recommend and so glad I spent the money on an awesome shredder.

A paper shredder that doesn't quit for anything.
I had a paper shredder that they said could grind ten pages at a time. Yeah Right, it was lucky if it could do two and if you used it longer then five minutes it would overheat. Thats the reason I got this Bonsen shredder. This thing is a monster, it doesn't slow down for nothing and never overheats. I had years and years of tax return papers. You know the kind of papers you just don't want to throw straight in the garbage with all your info for people to read. Well, this baby will take care of that. I spent a whole day feeding this thing papers and it had to be 10 or more pages at a time non stop including folders and this shredder buzzed through it no sweat. Great product a little costly but well worth it. Also this is a larger unit, I'd say the size of a standard metal garbage can. So if your tight for space you might not like the size. But if you want to grind your heart away this is the unit to do it with. I think the next thing I'm going to do is grind my own meat and I'll bet it would do it too lol!

Heavy Duty, Reasonably Fast, Quiet and Solid.
Replaced my old shredder when it died with this heavier duty cross cut model.I recommend getting the trash bags otherwise when you dump the receptacle into the trash, you get shredded paper and dust all over your home office.This is a heavy unit. Quiet. Hasn't jammed on me yet, with up to 12 sheets of paper. And it hasn't overheated when heavily used for 30 to 45 minutes.

Sturdy and heavy-duty
It's too early to evaluate but first impressions are very positive. Very sturdy and quiet compared to my old shredder.

IT IS A POWERHOUSE AND IT KEEPS ON GOING, AND GOING, AND GOING!
THIS MACHINE IS A POWERHOUSE. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE FIRST ONE, I PURCHASED A SECOND MACHINE FOR MY SON. IT MAKES IT SO EASY TO GET RID OF A HUGE POLE OF PAPERS WITH STAPLES! WOW! YOU CANNOT IMMAGINE HOW MUCH I SHREADED AND IT STILL KEEPS ON GOING! VERY IMPRESSED. I CANNOT IMAGINE A BETTER SHREADER FOR THE PRICE!

Does the Job Well Enough
For the price, this is an excellent shredder. It is not quite as sturdy and powerful as my old one, but it is good enough.

Nice shredder
Large commercial size shredder for a good price and quality. Noise level is average and have had no issues with jams.
