Hi I bought this a year ago the motor is shot like to by a new motor but don't know who to contact

Out the create it was missing a cotter pin for the tire ..first ride the tire few off crashing into the curb..the pull cord pully fell apart the brakes never worked even after buying a second hole set up ..the chain broke ..not enough power to even ride on the lawn tires a garbage be prepared to buy plenty of new ones ..and if you get the extended warranty they take months for any repairs..The frame is sold I give that a 5 star..the rest ..JUNK.....save your money

The manual tells you not to use it on a main road or highway but it does not tell you not to drive it on asphalt. After less than two hours of use on pavement the right front tire blew out. We then tried to use it on dirt but it has issues on loose decomposed granite.
