Q: Does this angel have a hook or loop in the back to hang it up?

Yes, there is a loop in the back which you can use on the Nativity Stable where they usually have a nail. or with an ornament hook on a Christmas Tree. Hoping this helps.

It is not glass. It is plastic-like, but made of a material superior to common plastic.

Q: What are the dimensions of this angel?

From the top of her left wing to her toes ( as you looking at her) she is 4 1/2” and the width is 2 3/4”

Q: Will this Angel stand on its own, or do you have to hang it ?

This angel does not stand on it's own. You have to hang it from something. It has a loop on the back for a ribbon or hook.
