Watched video followed the instruction... but
This is probably a great product BUT..... I watched several video's that is why I bought it. I have some fresh ink from my kids and the car is less than a year old so yes wanted to removed the ink. I followed the directions, which there is very little. Glad there were several youtube video's, used exactly like said. One in mark actually just smeared wider into the leather, the others started to remove but not completely. I have done it twice and will say with each try a little more ink is removed but.. nothing like the videos. So if you buy don't be surprised if does not do as promised.
