Farm Fresh 100% Natural Golden Flax Seed, 1lb, Freshly Ground, Organic, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Nutty Flavor

This is the best tasting flax I have found and I have found a bunch of them. I assume the health benefits are the same as the regular flax since I don't find any change in the way I feel - but - I have used this to line a pan as if it were graham crackers and it works great for that.Another comment is that it was extra fresh tasting. I keep my seeds and nuts in the freezer (Because it is bloody HOT in texas and oils are volatile) and keep a shaker bottle of this for the table, but at the end of the bag or shaker, it is still 5 stars ahead of its competitors on freshness.

I have tried flaxseed from both Bob's Red Mill and Trader Joe's; either it's tasty but too course (Bob's) or finer but tastes like cardboard (TJs). This stuff is JUST RIGHT: toasty, tasty and ground fine. This allows me to create my custom fiber blend that includes flaxseed meal, acacia, and inulin. My goal was to create a low-carb fiber boost for our Take Shape for Life 5 & 1 program. I'm happy to report this product is the lynchpin in that plan and works perfectly! If you want flaxseed meal for any reason, especially if you are adding it to liquids and want it to dissolve or at least dissipate well, this is the one to get.

This product is a great price for a good quality product. I use it in my chocolate protein shakes in the morning and can barely notice it. It doesn't affect the flavor, but it is a little coarsely ground, (It's practically impossible to find it finer ground though), I just have to give a little chew with my gulps :)

This is excellent Flaxseed. In addition to being Non-GMO and Organic the taste and texture is great. Nutty and slightly sweet. I keep mine in the fridge and try to use within a short time (a few weeks) after I open it. I commonly use this for adding texture to Greek yogurt but it is also delish in keifer and many savory dishes. Highly recommend.

Great product, came in fresh and lasts a long time. The flax seed is fine and tastes good; very useful for thickening up recipes.

I contacted the seller because the flaxseeds I ordered are terribly bitter. He never even responded to me. I will have to throw the flaxseeds away. And they were VERY expensive. I bought two bags. I thought maybe in the recipe one wouldn't be able to taste the bitterness, but not so. ALL MY RECIPES WERE BITTER! DON'T BUY THESE! NO REFUND IS ALLOWED.

Great product. Fresh and the finest grind I've been able to find anywhere.
