Jury is still out on whether or not the supplement is effective since I just started taking it; hence the 4 stars.Other reviews were not lying on how large this pill is! I have no issues taking pills so I thought people may have been exaggerating. But my goodness this thing is massive! I still don’t have an issue taking it. But those who have an issue with pills should beware. I thought my daily vitamin was large, (2nd photo is this pill compared to the multivitamin & what I consider a normal size capsule )
