A great item. I would buy it again. It was very versatile.

I got this tactical pen because it has a flat top ( flashlight ). I had another but it was pointy on both ends and I found that uncomfortable when I rested my thumb on top. This pen has the same heft to it that you would get with any other tactical pen. Also comes with extra features like the little screwdriver and all the extra ballpoint refills. I didn't really care about those. I just wanted a metal tactical pen with a flat top. Like others, I sometimes accidentally hit the small button on side that turns on the flashlight. No big deal to me. And btw, the flashlight is pretty bright considering how small it is. The strobe feature is pretty cool too. Very happy. Especially for the price.

I have mine configured with the glassbreaker/stylus. Yeah, I wish that I could also carry the tool. The stylus works great with my Samsung S21 Ultra. Is the light going to be useful for spotting something at 100 yards? No Way! But it's handy for finding something you dropped on the floor of the car. Would I want to handwrite a thousand word paper? No! But its useful for sighing my name and logging my work hours. It writes smoothly and doesn't look like a weapon. The extra batteries and pen refills are a real bonus!Yes, I will be buying a couple more!

This tactical pen is GREAT.You can screw the cap when writing (something that others cannot)Flashlight is very good considering the tiny size. It has noticeable more powerful light than a keychain flaslight that I have.A vouple of reviewers complained about getting the flashing turned on accidentally.I didn't have that problem.The two units I received have recessed button. It's unlikely that it would be pressed by mistake by an accessory you also could have in same pocket with the pen.In such case just check what you have.It's true that I would prefer a more recessed button, to feel more confident that it won't turn on by accident, though, just in case.It comes with 2 additional packs of 3 batteries each (it uses 3 batteries at a time) and 4 refills for writing.Anyway I bought some additional batteries just for spare.It's strong, all metal, with rubber rings on detachable parts.Only thing I would like: a sharper saw (I'll sharpen it)I did not test the Window breacker, maybe I'll test with a piece of glass, but it's strong.On the opposite side of it I screwed the multitool accessory, which is more useful for me than the stylus accessory (which I left in the box after testing).The multitool accessory is then inside the pen, and when I want to use it, I unscrew the window breacker, then turn and screw in leaving then the window breacker inside the pen.Summarizing: GREAT & VERY LOW COST Tactical pen. I purchased another unit. And maybe I'll order a 3rd for a gift to a friend.BTW: Nice rigid box, ideal for gift.

Bought this for myself just to have in the truck. Works great. Would be a great gift as well.

Bad news: the light turns on by accident and my first set of batteries is already dead after less than a week. It turned on several times in my pocket and I found it flickering once, too. I'll probably end up returning this because I don't want a light flashing in my pocket.Good news: When it works, I like the light. It is bright and the strobe feature might confuse someone at night. The pen works and I haven't had to use the glass breaker.

These pens are good for men and women. Good useful and safety features.

I bought 3 brands and this one is the best. This pen has a higher pocket clip than others so that it doesn't stick way up out of your pocket, drawing attention and looking ridiculous. When separating in the middle to use the pen, the 2 pieces actually screw back together to make one solid pen, unlike others where you need to put the non-pen half somewhere while writing. And also, the flashlight has a strobe setting that others don't have, that is more disorienting for any combative opponents than just putting a regular light in their eyes. This one also has the stylus tip that you can swap out from the glass breaker tip in case you want to try to fly with it. I haven't tried yet. Great grip too.
