Great Producer

This is my second order of Rossi Barattini vinegar. Both of them - this one and the Extra Vecchio - are just better than others I've tried of similar types. This producer (Barattini) makes outstanding vinegars! The importer always gets my orders to me faster than promised, too. Highly recommended - I'll be ordering more.

Very Good I've Been on the balsamic Vinegar kick and I even purchased the 125 Bottle for a couple of ounces crazy I like this one better it seems a good balance of acidity and sweetness I love it on asparagus, who needs butter!!

Excellent balsamic!

Excellent balsamic vinegar! Not quite as thick and intense as the 25-year old DOP balsamic but just as delicious. Plus at a much friendlier price point! Once you compare the taste to food store balsamic, you will never go back - except for reductions or cooking.

Ordered this product on a whim and I love the product. Plan to buy it in the future as well. I highly recommend it. Try some fresh french bread or cheese bread with a nice olive oil with it. Delicious.

Outstanding Balsamic, no wonder it only recently became available in N.America. The first thing I did was order two more bottles, one will stay on the table near me. I believe if you try this it will become a must have item permanently in your household, as it has in mine.
