Does what it’s supposed to, whips up like fresh egg whites, but it’s very expensive for such a small bag. Even though I think it’s decent I will not be buying it again.

Excellent ingrédient! I love that it is cage-free, that’s is very important to me. Plus it is just PURE egg white with no additives. Thank goodness. I am experimenting with the Carnivore Diet and made cloud bread with this. CLOUD BREAD RECIPE Ingredients- Egg whites from 6 fresh eggs Egg white protein powder - 1/3 cup Beef gelatin - 2 tablespoons Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartare - 1/2 teaspoon WHIP all the ingredients together until stiff peaks form. Place on parchment paper. Place in oven at 325 degrees for 15 mins. I’m fine with it’s plain white appearance, but if you want it more toasted or “bread-like” you can do the following. * Keep it in oven for a little longer if you want a toasted light brown bread that is slightly crisper. *OR add a little allulose if you want the bread to look brown just like toasted bread. *Not my recipe. I found this recipe on YouTube as shared by Maria Emmerich 🍞 The video does not do justice to how good this tastes when crafted into a sandwich :) It makes outstanding bread, with a soft chewy texture that is just like bread. It has no flavour just like white bread. Except that this is a SUPER HEALTHY version of bread that you can eat to your heart’s content. PERFECTION. I’m buying more :)

Can’t believe I spent £40 on this. I thought it would be much bigger (my fault) but the bag doesn’t event close properly.

Good albumin. I make tulips from marshmallows on it, where the mass should be perfect. I recommend it, it's not the first time I take it
