This handle isn't just for armwrestlers, it's for anyone wanting to strengthen their hands and wrists. I attach mine to a loading pin when I use it, but you can easily attach it to a cable machine as well. The challenge of trying to lift this thing while it tries to rip itself from your hands has to be felt to be believed!

This is a solid piece of equipment that really challenges your grip. It is great for building up wrist and forearm strength. I have used it as a cable attachment and in conjunction with loading pins. I look forward to finding new uses and getting stronger with this thing. Thanks for an awesome product.

Buy self amalgamating rubber tape to avoid slipping. Overall good product.
